Rev. Mignonne works with women leading workshops that emphasize essential leadership and communication skills. She also works with new and seasoned managers focusing on basic and advanced supervisory skills. In addition, her employment history includes training as a flight attendant and working at GBH-Boston as the Business Manager for a health related public television series. She is a college Lecturer, and her classes have been taught at Harvard University, Brown University, and Rhode Island College. These varied experiences in the workplace plus her commitment to diversity and cross-cultural communication enhance her dynamic and interactive workshops.
Rev. Mignonne is a graduate of Emerson Theological Institute as well as a Centers for Spiritual Living (CSL) certified Religious Science Practitioner and affliated licensed minister who believes in the mind-body connection. Mignonne supports work/life balance by teaching meditation practices and providing spiritual coaching. She facilitates Mastermind groups, networks that launch women in the direction of their dreams through shared expertise.
Rev. Mignonne also has a Bachelor Degree from Flagler College, St. Augustine Florida, in Spanish/ Latin American Studies a Master’s Degree from the New School University in New York City in Urban Planning, and a Doctorate degree from Harvard University’s Graduate School of Education in Education Administration and Leadership focused on International Education. She has two Honorary Doctorate Degrees from Flagler College in 2007 (Doctorate of Laws) and 2019 (Doctorate of Humane Letters); she served as the commencement speaker for those years.
She is a Distinguished Toastmaster and a member of the National Speakers Association.
